Our Recruitment Process
Sourcing
Based on the inputs from the above discussions, we initiate our Search for the potential Candidates on the parameters of qualification, skill, experience, stability, career growth etc. By ranking the candidates on these parameters we shortlist the profiles for preliminary screening.
Preliminary Screening & Interview
We conduct preliminary screening where we assess them on Key Result Areas (KRA’s), Skill Set, Compensation Package, Job Title, Job Location and various other parameters. Our team of consultants personally conducts their interviews to assess the candidate competency.
Validation
With the preliminary screening and interview, on need basis we validate the candidate through discreet reference checks
Client Interview
After the initial screening and validation we refer the candidate for the client interview where the client can directly assess the suitability and potential of the candidate in line with their practices.
Closure
The last phase of the process is the negotiation and the handholding phase where we offer our support for finalising salary package & joining date. Also, we continue to maintain our relationship with both our client and selected candidate to ensure smooth integration of the candidate in the organization.
